Built to be safe, not just to look safe

Here is what is active today, what it proves, and what buyers must still verify for themselves.

Seller verification is a real review, not a checkbox

A seller earning the green "Verified" seal has submitted a government-issued ID or business registration document through our verification flow, which our team manually reviews before approving. We do not grant verification automatically or for a fee. If you see the badge on a storefront, a real person confirmed that seller's identity.

Escrow payments are currently unavailable

Naijack does not currently collect or hold transaction funds. Read the current payment-protection notice and inspect the item and seller before using an external payment method.

Every user and ad can be reported

The report button is on every ad and every seller profile. Reports go to the admin review queue, and confirmed violations can lead to ad removal or account suspension.

Ads are reviewed before they go live

Nothing appears publicly the moment it is posted. Every ad passes through a manual admin review first. It is not a full authentication of the vehicle, that is still on the buyer to verify in person, but it is a real check against obviously fraudulent or duplicate posts, including automatic blocking of a VIN that is already listed by someone else.

Your account, your data, your control

You can see exactly what data we hold on you, and permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Account Settings. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, built around the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

If something still goes wrong

Report it from the platform first, that routes directly to our team. For anything urgent involving an active payment or suspected fraud, email support@naijack.com and we will prioritize it.
