Escrow payments are not currently available. Naijack does not currently collect, hold, release, or refund buyer money through this feature.

Older transaction records may contain demo workflow statuses used during development. Those statuses are not proof of payment or custody and cannot be used as verified transaction, review, or reputation evidence.

Paying safely while escrow is unavailable

Inspect the vehicle, part, or service and verify the seller before paying. Do not rely on a screenshot, platform status, or message as proof that funds are protected. Use only a payment provider whose identity, terms, and protection process you can independently verify.

Reports and support

Use the report tools on an ad or storefront when you suspect fraud or misrepresentation. General questions can be sent to support@naijack.com. Naijack will publish new terms before any provider-backed payment-protection product is enabled.
