Buyer guide

Find your way around Naijack. Practical steps for finding vehicles, parts and services.

Finding an ad

Search for a vehicle, part or service and choose the location that suits you. Use categories and filters to narrow results. Open the ad to review its photos, features, description and seller information. Save useful ads to revisit them later.

Browse ads →
Contacting a seller

Open an ad and use its available message or contact action. Explain what you need and confirm price, compatibility and availability. Keep a record of the agreement in your Naijack conversation.

Posting a request

Choose Post a request when you cannot find what you need. Select the category, describe the item or service, add your budget and location, and include helpful reference photos. Keep one unfinished request at a time: continue it or discard it before starting another. Up to four reference photos are optional. Help me post guides you through each stage. Review the request before submitting.

Reviewing offers

Open your requests to review available seller responses. Compare the details, compatibility and price before contacting a seller. An offer is not proof of payment or a completed purchase.

How renewal works

Monthly seller plans use manual bank transfers, with no automatic deductions. Paid access starts after payment confirmation. Renewing the same plan early keeps your remaining days; to stop, do not renew. Free ads need manual renewal after seven days. Ads on new paid plans run for 30 days and may renew automatically while paid access is active. Legacy paid plans retain their agreed terms. Expired ads and photos are saved in My ads. Changing plans replaces the current plan; ask support about remaining time or credit before paying.

Messages and notifications

Open Inbox to read conversations and reply. Inbox has Messages, Notifications and Support. Tap an update to open its related conversation, offer or account page. Sent means Naijack accepted the message; Read appears only when confirmed. Message status in conversation options explains the symbols.

Managing your account

Open your profile menu and tap your photo or name to open Settings and update your details. A seller can switch between buying and selling from the account selector. Complete verification from your account when requested.

Sharing a meeting place

Use the location action inside a conversation to choose a public meeting place. Use your current location or move the map pin, then review before sending. An approximate area is shared by default. Share an exact public place only when you choose to. Avoid sharing a private home address.

Getting help

Use Support for account or marketplace help. The guide assistant explains these guides; the support team handles individual cases. If your connection drops, your unsent message stays in this window. Reconnect before sending it.
